Life can get pretty hectic, and sometimes stress can feel overwhelming. We get stuck in our routines and habits and we don't know how to manage our stress.

But here's the good news: Skillz is offering an Introductory Stress Management workshop and it is absolutely free.

We've broken the workshop down into three sections:

Module 1: What is Stress?

We'll start by explaining what stress is and the different kinds of stress you might encounter. We'll also help you figure out whether stress is good or bad and which type can be more harmful.

Module 2: Stress at Work

Work can be a big source of stress, so we'll talk about how to manage colleagues and deadlines. We'll discuss the pros and cons of managing stress and teach you some techniques to relax and handle stress better. We'll also tell you about the signs of stress and give you a real-life example to understand it better.

Module 3: Helping Yourself

In the last part, we'll focus on you. We'll talk about what causes stress and how to recognize it. Then, we'll share some ways to cope with stress and give you a quick summary of what you've learned.
